Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is based on location which there is a simple box to select, area and cost. overseas customers can email us to confirm a shipping cost.

We aim to ship if we have stock and the order is placed before 14.00hrs, the next working day for UK orders only.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, within 24hrs of reciept of goods.

Cancellations and Returns

You can cancel your order at anytime up to 7 working days after the date of delivery (Excluding special order items - see below). You do not have to give any reason for cancellation but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer.
Special order items are ordered especially from manufacturers and for this reason are non-returnable. We will not be able to accept special order goods back for credit or exchange.

If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered by you then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of 15% of the order value.

Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges.
For all goods returned outside of the 7 day period, subject to the parts being returned in their original packaging in a resalable condition, we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods less a 15% re-stocking fee.
 
If you cancel the order you must return the goods to us at your own expense to the following address:
Swedish Truck Parts, Unit 5, Astra Centre, Royal Barn Road, Rochdale. OL11 3DT.

You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will not be able to accept these goods for credit or exchange.

On receipt of goods you will be given a full refund of all monies paid, minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering, this may take up to 30 days.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights e.g. if the goods are faulty or misdescribed. In the unlikely event this is the case please contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone on 01706650999 so we can resolve the situation. We will deal with this matter in accordance with your legal rights.
 

Company Guarantee

All goods supplied by Swedish Truck Parts carry a 12 months guarantee from the date of purchace to the original customer to the extent that subject to the conditions set out below the Company will replace free of charge any part or parts which within that period are returned by the original customer carriage paid to our address Swedish Truck Parts Ltd and are found by the Company to be defective by reason of bad materials or workmanship.

The guarantee will be rendered invalid if the goods are mis-used or if any alterations or additions are made or repairs are done to the goods except by the Company or its authorised representative.

If the returned Goods are found not to be faulty or have been mis-used or the part or parts have premeturely failed due to faulty fitting the Company reserves the right to charge for labour and expenses involved pursuing the warranty claim.

The Company’s liability shall be limited to the cost of the original goods purchaced only and in no event shall such liability include damages for consequential losses damage or labour charges of any nature whatsoever.
